Roba Osman, 24, from Toronto, was killed after a shooting in a Regina's Rosemont neighborhood on May 27, 2014. Police were called to the 600-block of Williams Street around 8:45 p.m. after shots had been fired. Osman was killed and two others were sent to hospital.
